Over the weekend, a group of researchers at the University of Colorado reported evidence that Comcast's traffic management had extended beyond the realm of BitTorrent to plain old HTML traffic. The results caught Comcast's eye, not because it was doing anything to throttle non-P2P traffic, but because the company wasn't.
